Search That Satisfies

If you’re looking to buy a new big ticket item like home appliances – and you’re like 75 percent of shoppers – you do most of your searching and comparison shopping online, then buy offline. Does that mean you’ll easily find what you’re looking for in the main search engines? Unfortunately not.

Search engines can’t effectively find and deliver results relevant to your location and budget. Sure, they can show you what the big box store have in stock, but that doesn’t really help with local stores and specific products.

Enter the Krillion Localization Engineâ„¢. Whether your looking for home appliances like Whirlpool Washing Machines or maybe a Sony flat panel television, you’ll find what you want, where you need it with Krillion search.

My 2p Loan To You

There are so many offers from so many companies wanting to give you some brand new debt in the form of a loan. A Loan can be a life saver at times, but what with Unsecured loans, Homeowner loans, line of credit loans – you’re never really sure what you’re getting into.

Before you get into any of them, my opinion is that you research your needs and the offers out there and find the best financial match. If you want to use a loans to pay off high interest credit cards or simply improve your credit by showing you can repay a loan, it may be a good idea. If you just want a loan so you can travel or buy more baubles, not so good.

Just my 2p.

Silent Suzuki

Now we’re talking. My biggest complaints with motorcycles are the noise and the stink. These seems to kill both of those birds while offering an even sportier design. I can’t wait to see them arrive in my neighborhood.

Heck, I wouldn’t mind seeing on show up in my driveway, if you know what I mean. I’m keeping an eye on this project.

iPhone and Non-Apple Apps

Good idea. Mobile phones are hardly just telephones any more and if a company doesn’t open itself up to the apps from third party developers they’re just asking for an early death. Obvious. Too obvious for me to believe that Apple really believed it could remain locked tight for long.

My opinion is they wanted to keep control during roll out and make sure they had a secure product. But not preparing the developers’ pack to release until way after Christmas was dumb. They should have given developers something to work with before releasing the iPhone, even if it was a dumbed down version that protected the security.

Whatever. They still ain’t MicroSoft.

Lizards Plot Landscape of LEDs

I absolutely love LEDs (light emitting diodes) and all the creative lighting options that have sprung up as the cost of LEDs continues to decrease and the quality to increase. So I’m happy to introduce this newly formed site for LED outdoor lighting.

Lizard Lighting proposes to offer its outdoor lighting package by early next year, but it’s never too soon to talk about the benefits of LEDs. LED landscape lights are 80% more efficient – as in energy savings per amount of illumination than traditional outdoor lighting and quality LEDs have a lifespan of up to 100,000 hours. As in saving your energy in changing bulbs and your money in replacement costs.

How many things can you find these days that are actually good for the environment and less expensive? Not many. Best of luck, Lizards!
