Freeware for Mac Classic

I have three Apple computers that I fire up all the time for personal use – not that personal, dang it, I’m not surfing p0rn – and all of them are pre-OS X. Call me stubborn or cheap or whatever, but I don’t want to upgrade. I have programs on each computer that I don’t think I can find any more and I don’t want to take the chance that their not compatible with whatever Tiger or Leopard or Meercat that Apple is up to now.

But just try to find freeware online for anything under X! It’s like as soon as X popped up, every site that had anything 9.x or under was wiped from the face of the Internet.

I’m not suggesting there’s a conspiracy here … wait, maybe there is. If I start writing every other post about the iPhone you’ll know they got to me. Ach, point is, I found one decent site: Version Tracker, but it’s not doing me right by graphics and audio ware.

Any help out there? Is there anyone else out there who’s cheap (read: broke) and stuck in the past (read: senseless updates are Evil)? Send me your links … please.
