Beside the definite advantage of being able to easily find my pork chop in the disco, this is a cool way of following inherited traits. It’s certainly not boring (no pun there, please) and not a trait we can say developed naturally through evolution. Can’t blame it on the environment - oh, wait. It’s China. Perhaps we can.
